Hello!
As of 5:00 p.m. May 31st we are without real estate property! Our time as renters has begun again after a 12 year hiatus. Home is not a house, it's merely where the heart is!
The new owners of this house are wonderful people and are extremely grateful for our care taking of the house and its fixtures. We wish them many happy joy-filled years that we have been blessed to have here.

CONGRATULATIONS - on such a quick sale. This was a big step toward your family's move to Australia! It had to be "wonder if will sell" concern. Now this part is behind you! Good luck with the rest of your planning.
